What Is EMT?
EMT (Eye Movement Tracking) is a specialised coaching method developed by the Powerbrain Institute. It combines elements of EMDR, Wingwave and Brainspotting into a practical and personalised approach.
The method uses guided eye movements alongside specific coaching techniques to help process emotional reactions, fears and mental blocks that may be holding you back.

How I Work
1. Initial Consultation (Approx. 60 Minutes)
During a face-to-face or online consultation, we take time to discuss your situation, goals and any questions you may have.
2. EMT Session
During the EMT session, we work directly on the fear, emotional block or challenge that is affecting you.
3. Follow-Up Support
Following the session, you will receive two follow-up reviews within four weeks to support your progress and answer any questions that arise.
Every session is tailored to your individual circumstances and personal goals.
