You don’t have to handle everything on your own.
Sometimes you just need someone who listens without judgement, understands what’s going on and helps you find a way forward..
What do you need support with?
Choose what feels closest to what you’re going through right now. You don’t need to have the right words.
Teenager
I’m worried about my teenager — or I’m a teenager who needs someone to talk to.
Alone
I feel lonely, disconnected or like I have no one to talk to.
Overwhelmed
Everything feels too much and I don’t know where to start.
Family
Something in our family isn’t working and we need support.
Fear
Fear, worry or anxiety is holding me back

How it works
You don’t need to know exactly what to say. We start with a conversation and take it from there.
01
Start with a conversation
Tell me what’s going on and what feels difficult right now.
02
We make sense of it together
We sort through what’s happening and look at what might help.
03
Choose your next step
That might be another conversation, a focused support plan or simply more clarity about what you need.

Frequently asked questions
Is this therapy?
No. My support is coaching-based and focused on listening, understanding what is happening and helping you find practical next steps. It does not replace medical or psychological treatment where that is needed.
Can you support my teenager?
Yes. I support teenagers and families with concerns such as overwhelm, communication difficulties, fears, confidence and emotional stress. The first step is usually a conversation to understand what is going on.
Do you work online or in person?
Both. Some conversations can take place online, while other support can be arranged in person depending on your needs and location.
What happens after the first conversation?
We look together at what would be most helpful. Sometimes one conversation brings enough clarity. In other situations, we may agree on short-term support or a more focused approach.
What if I don’t know what kind of support I need?
That is completely fine. You do not need to have the right words or know what you need before contacting me. We can work that out together.
How much does support cost?
The cost depends on the type of support you choose. You will always know the price before deciding whether to continue.
Ready to talk?
You don’t need to have everything figured out. Start with one conversation.
